Most courses at KPU require some kind of reading material. This might be a textbook, a lab manual, or a set of readings.

There are a few ways you can find out if you are required to get these materials.

1. Check the Personalized Booklist in One.KPU

2. Search the KPU Bookstore's Shop Course Materials page. You will need to know the campus, department, course number, and section for your courses.

3. Be sure to check your Course Presentation (also called Syllabus) as soon as possible. Your instructor will provide information on what reading materials you will be responsible for. Most instructors will open their Moodle course sites before classes begin. This will give you a chance to get your materials early.

The library has many but NOT all textbooks

If your instructor has requested that a textbook be placed on Course Reserve, you can search for it using the Course Reserves look-up. You will need to know either the course acronym and number (for example, PSYC 1100) or your instructor's last name.

The library also has some older editions of textbooks available to borrow. Check the library catalogue by title or author.
