Once you have you've picked up your KPU card from the library, you can take it to any campus Bookstore and get your Compass card from a dispensing machine.
You will need to "reload" the card every month, which you can do online. In addition to being a transit pass, you can get discounts for other services with your U-Pass. Find more information about the Compass card on this KSA website.
