Librarians use the computer labs in the library to teach research skills classes. When librarians are not teaching, the labs are reserved for student use as they are the only open, drop-in computer labs on campus. They are also the only areas in our libraries where students can use a computer in a designated quiet study space. Faculty can ask the Departmental Assistant, or person responsible for timetabling in their department, to book a computer lab on campus for their class. Faculty also have the option to book a computer lab themselves through Employee Room Bookings.

If a student needs to book a computer lab for a class project, they should speak to their instructor.
