KPU employees taking photos or filming in the Library for KPU publications and websites are required to have subjects identifiable in the photos fill out either the Adult or Minor KPU Photo Waiver Form; both are available on Communication & Marketing’s Sharepoint site. If you are not employed by Kwantlen or you are a student at Kwantlen and are recording images in the Library, we ask you to respect the privacy of our patrons and obtain written or verbal consent from any Library users who are visible in the images being recorded.
