Audio or video content from the web can be used in a classroom, as long as:

  • the video has been uploaded by the content creator (copyright owner)
  • the site's Terms of Use allows the content to be used for educational purposes
  • the video is streamed directly from the site and is not downloaded
  • the video is not uploaded into Moodle without permission from the copyright owner

More information is available on the KPU Copyright guide.
