When you print in Profile, instead of printing directly to the printers, the material that you are trying to print will be saved to a PDF file instead. To print out the PDF file, follow the directions below.
- Start Profile; you will automatically get the PDF driver as the only printing driver for Profile and all other applications. When you are ready to print, close Profile and save your file onto the desktop. It will automatically be saved as a pdf file.
- When you try to print, you will be asked for a file name for this PDF file. Enter the file name of your desktop file which will be something like k:\desktop\taxreturn.pdf.
- Open up the PDF file by double-clicking it then print file normally.
