Employee PINs (faculty and staff) are random and are issued when you first receive your Smart card. At the time of card issuance, you may ask staff to change the PIN to one of your choosing. If you do not know your PIN, you can come in person to the Library and change it to one of your choice. You can also go to the Library Catalogue/My Library Account/Forgot Your PIN and your PIN will be emailed to your KPU email within a few minutes. To respect confidentiality, we cannot change your PIN over the phone nor does library know your PIN.
